Headed back over top of Arpette, and had incredible fresh trax around the bowl near Crozat lift. Almost none of this area had been tracked, so we were beaming. Got plenty of parallel riding in between us, cutting gorgeous figure8s, and swoopy big carves on the steeper stuff. Probably only 3 inches or so, but enough to make conditions ideal. We even had a little sun & blue sky!
Finished our week with one last ride down the gully to Verdons - despite some more little snow slides, the fresh made this a dream, with fast, smooth riding & loads of small lips & kickers, all now with soft landings.
Wicked week all in all, & Rich even tried to lose his passport to stay on for more...!
